How do we end up feeling feel burnt out?
With new ways for working, more and more people find they are overwhelmed at work with extra tasks , extra hours and extra stress. The effect of this is a decrease in ability to make good decisions, reduced creativity, poor productivity and being less effective and focused. If you are not able to control this, it can destroy you, your health and ultimately your family.
What are the signs of burnout?
Signs of burnout will vary from person to person, but may include feelings of helplessness, overwhelm, detachment – no longer interested in family and friends and activies you once enjoyed. These feelings may show up as sleep problems, indecision, tiredness and apathy, anger or iritability, losing your temper or hiding away and avoiding people or situations, making excuses…….

I have a over 20 years experience working with clients bringing ‘brighter changes’ to their lives. My power-packed, enjoyable coaching enables clients to design a future they really want.
I first saw the impact of burnout when I was working in highly demanding role and juggling a young family and gave up the role due to the pressure. Over the next 10 years, I again experienced the same challenge and took a career break for 3 years due to the pressure.
As a result, my career suffered and I became determined to discover how people can handle pressure without burning out.
I went on to study NLP and take a Master’s Degree in Coaching and saw that when people have the right skills and support, they can thrive in highly demanding environments. Now I work with individuals and organisations to equip them with the skills to handle the pressure of today’s workplace without having to burnout or leave. I’m passionate about showing people how to have a successful career and happy family life.
I only work with clients who are genuinely ready for the challenge of working with a coach and who crave the results this brings them.
